Shipping and Returns Information

At Hebris, we strive to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. That’s why we have a simple and efficient shipping policy.

Delivery Time

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 business day after receipt of your payment via DPD or PostNL. We ship to DPD or PostNL parcel points or to a home address with DPD. Whichever shipment you choose, you will receive a tracking number from us with which you can track your package online. The shipping costs depend on the size and weight of your order. These costs are calculated at checkout.

Shipping Costs

The cheapest shipping we can offer is with DPD parcel point delivery. For orders/deliveries within the Netherlands, we can ship packages for free from € 100,-. Below that, the shipping costs are € 4.95.

Optionally, it is also possible to have packages shipped via PostNL or DPDHome. These shipping methods are a bit more expensive. These costs are visible in the shopping cart when this shipping method is chosen.

Pick Up

On request, it is possible to pick up an order in Vlijmen. You then pay no shipping costs. If you choose pick up, we will contact you to arrange a suitable date and time.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping for our customers outside the Netherlands. Please note that shipping costs and delivery times may vary.

Standard delivery can be chosen to Belgium, Germany, and Denmark. The exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart. If you want to ship to another country, please contact us.

Track & Trace

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your Track & Trace number, so you can track your package.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. Make sure the product is returned in its original condition and packaging. Returns are at your own expense. To make things as efficient as possible, it is advisable to contact us before returning.
